Starseed Offerings currently hosts a growing schedule of soulful, community-rooted classes and workshops across South London.
These include weekly movement, sound healing, and meditation sessions at Stanley Arts in South Norwood — designed to support nervous system regulation, creative expression, and holistic wellbeing.
Each class is a space to reconnect with your body, breath, and inner rhythm.
Alongside weekly offerings, monthly 1:1 therapy clinics and seasonal workshops invite deeper exploration through Reiki, sound, and somatic practices.
Whether you’re seeking release, renewal, or reconnection, Starseed sessions are open to all bodies, backgrounds, and belief systems — welcoming you just as you are.

🕊️ Monthly Healing Clinic – South Norwood
Held on the last Friday of each month, 2–7pm. Only 5 in-person slots available, by appointment only.
Ad-hoc bookings are also available at our therapy space in South Norwood. Contact for availability.
🏡 Home Visits – South London & nearby
For clients seeking a more personal setting, home visits are available within approximately 30 minutes of South Norwood, by car. This includes areas such as: Crystal Palace, Dulwich, Forest Hill, Sydenham, Beckenham, Penge, Anerley, Norbury, Streatham, Thornton Heath, Croydon, Bromley, West Norwood, East Dulwich, Upper Norwood, South Croydon, Addiscombe and parts of Purley or Catford.
💻 Online Sessions Available
Distance reiki work, sound healing, tarot and intuitive readings are also available via Zoom, perfect for those further afield or who prefer to receive from the comfort of home.
